We are currently looking for a Director, Onsite Managed Staffing Services to oversee the successful operation of some of Adecco’s key onsite accounts in the Greater Toronto Area. This position is responsible for increasing gross margin dollars through successful sales, customer service and relationship building activities with clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop, implement and update onsite programs and strategies focusing on operational and legal/contract compliance, service quality and client satisfaction. We are looking for someone with strong customer focus, drive and a can-do attitude who wants to exceed client expectations and deliver superior staffing solutions with Adecco’s sound operational processes, technology and expertise.
As a qualified candidate, you possess exceptional leadership skills, the ability to build strong, lasting client relationships and influence and motivate others to achieve results. You have a proven high level of customer service, account management and onsite staffing experience from within the recruitment industry, and can pull from that experience to solve problems effectively and rapidly. Staffing industry experience is a requirement.
Director, Onsite Managed Staffing Services Job Functions:
Acts as the primary liaison between assigned clients and Adecco. Responsible for directing all activity as it relates to the assigned key onsite accounts including order fulfillment, ensuring efficient daily operations, providing support to the OMS teams, resolving escalated client and associate issues and recommending strategic program improvements.
Identifies opportunities for increased or new lines of business within key onsite accounts by researching and probing for client requirements, and promoting Adecco’s products and services.
Works with clients to develop long-term temporary staffing strategy solutions and budgets. Develops specialized reports and questionnaires/surveys to determine service quality and proactively develops and makes recommendations to modify existing services and strategies to meet the clients’ specific needs and changing requirements.
Prepares and conducts monthly and quarterly business reviews with the client offering value to the business relationship, specifically on order fulfillment and operational processes.
Accountable for monitoring the performance of Service Level Agreement requirements for each key onsite account ensuring that expectations are met and making recommendations for improvement when required.
Manages the onsite leadership teams including Managers and Supervisors. Provides coaching and training to these colleagues as required.
Director, Onsite Managed Staffing Services Requirements:
A minimum six (6) years related temporary staffing experience, ideally including large client support.
A minimum four (4) years supervisory or management experience within a service oriented environment with proven team building and coaching ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
Resourceful and self-motivated. Utilizes available information to help further client and marketplace knowledge and drive business success.
Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client and associate relationships.
Sound technical knowledge with proficiency in Custom Match (or equivalent in-house system), reporting and other software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Will be required to travel between designated accounts.
