Adecco Professional has partnered with a large financial services firm to hire for some Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings in Montreal, QC as well as for Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings in Toronto, ON. These are full-time, permanent positions that have required working hours on a weekly rotating shift basis 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday through Friday. Although these positions will start as remote, they will require you to be in office ‘soon’ and they have openings in both downtown Montreal, QC and downtown Toronto, ON. **please note we are also working on 6 month contract opportunities with the same details below in case you prefer contract.





Key responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service job opening in Montreal, QC or Bilingual Customer Service job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:





  • Manage high volume inbound calls from customers (primarily Investment Advisors and their teams but also the investors directly)

  • Document and track all calls and conversations in a CRM

  • Maintains customer database; updates data and makes necessary changes; follow up on outstanding and required items

  • Determines customers’ needs and ensure proper documentation/information is included in the systems

  • Provide advice and guidance to customers relating to products/service (there is no sales in this position)

  • Follow up calls and written correspondence will be required as well; all will be in both French and English

  • Complete bilingualism in both French and English, both written and spoken

  • At least 1-year of total relevant experience in a similar role; customer service, reception, call center, retail, hospitality etc

  • Ability to meet deadlines and control multiple priorities

  • Completed post-secondary education, either a College Diploma or University Degree

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to learn quickly; the business as well as the technology to help you do your role best!
