Description
As an Technical Assistant, you will report to the Vice President, Insurance Services.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the account representatives in their tasks;
- Renewal of insurance contracts:
- Send marketing documents, if applicable:
- Billing;
- Follow up on the issuance of the renewal contract;
- Verify each renewal contract.
- Modification of policies:
- Ask insurers for any contracts amendments;
- Follow up on the issuance of endorsements;
- Verify endorsements and invoicing;
- Send endorsements and billing to the insureds.
- Other:
- Issuance of all documents, in particular: cover notes, pink cards, certificates, 5a, 23a, etc.;
- Follow up on monthly declarations;
- Issue and amend budget plans;
- Filing;
- Insurance certificates: contact with claimants and clients as required.
Requested skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance;
- Be bilingual (French and English);
- Master the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Mastery of TAM software (an asset).
