Job summary

Description

  • Manage end user and dealer account enquiries with respect to material handling equipment
  • Obtain costing information from the purchasing department
  • prepare sales quotations and estimates
  • Ensure all quotations are turned over within a reasonable amount of lead time)
  • Attend weekly production meetings and provide updates on orders
  • Correspond and confirm orders with the customer
  • Review General Contractor Tender Documents, as required from time to time
  • Liaise with customers on warranty issues.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the jobs in progress are on target to meet the customer’s expected delivery date.
  • Liaise with installation and production managers to gather labour and equipment costs for the quotation.
  • Data entry and record keeping of sales orders.and quotations
  • Bi lingual an asset but not necc.
