Staffinity is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Markham, ON. This is a permanent position with great benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Handle all orders that come in on a daily basis
  • Work with the rest of the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Respond to email inquiries

Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday on a 3 week rotation.

Qualifications:

  • 1 years+ Customer Service Experience
  • Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Some Post-Secondary Preferred
