Spiralco understands the needs and realities of its employees, particularly in order to meet the needs of certain employees with respect to family responsibilities. We are open to the adaptation of work organization.

Eligibility for company dental insurance after 3 months of service. This coverage is non-mandatory but is complementary to the basic group insurance offered to our employees. Can be individual or family.  Maximum benefit of $1500 per year. For if you insure your family 1500$ per person.  Recall exams every 6 months.

Eligibility for the company's group insurance after 3 months of service. This coverage can be an individual or family.  Enrollment without a medical examination. No refusal.  50% of the premium to be paid is assumed by the employer and 50% by the employee.

Eligibility for the company's group insurance after 3 months of service. This coverage can be individual or family.  Life insurance covers 100% of the employee's annual salary in the event of death.  Information for family coverage will be communicated in due course.

2 sick days per year are offered by Spiralco to our employee.

Because we all love to enjoy the summer, Spiralco offers these employees a summer schedule.   Schedule Days (administration and production) Monday to Thursday: 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meal time: 12:00 to 12:30 (except Friday)   Schedule Days (production only) Monday to Thursday: 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. Meal time managed by the production team.   Possibility to work extra hours throughout the year  

Spiralco grants annual vacation pay to its employees in accordance with the standards in force and according to the time of service performed by an employee.
