Position description:
As an integral part of the Customer Service Team, the representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to international customers in order to guide them in their purchases on the RobotShop.com website.
Tasks and responsibilities:
The customer service representative has a role of great importance for the image of RobotShop. More specifically, the representative will be in charge of several tasks such as:
- Respond to customer questions both via telephone and e-mail in English and French;
- Provide unparalleled customer service. This is very important for us and must be as important for the employee. Here are some examples: : http://www.robotshop.com/en/corporate.html?tab=testimonials ;
- Prepare quotes for our customers;
- Create customer orders containing special order products in our internal system including prices and dimensions;
- Take telephone orders from customers;
- Data entry in our internal system for purchase order received by fax/e-mail;
- Other related duties.

Requested skills
Education:
- High School Diploma;
- Any sales or customer service training will be considered an asset.
Experience :
A Minimum of :
- 3 years in customer service / international internal sales;
- Be passionate about robotics (interest or experience related to the field).
Technical skills:
- Experience in a customer service department for international customers (the majority of our clients are anglophones);
- Facility to always offer outstanding customer service to customers;
- Facility to work with computers (internal system and Google Cloud environment);
- Knowledge of robotic products (will be considered as an asset).
Language :
- Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken) french and english due to our international market.
Attitude :
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Dynamic;

- Autonomous.
