Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support requests through Intercom (chat), email or phone, concerning the application
- Document interventions through a ticket system
- Investigate encountered issues and ask relevant questions
- Assign certain request to support team colleagues
- Report any app. related issues that could affect all users
- Setup automations and campaigns when needed
- Follow up on any request in order to provide the best customer experience and maintain a high-level of customer service
- Identify and communicate every improvement opportunity or new ideas to development team
- Help in writing articles for the Help Center
