Full Time Permanent Position

Role and Responsibilities

Are you Bilingual (French & English) - Verbal and Written?
Do you have hands on working experience with Salesforce?
Do you have solid B2B direct sales experience?

• Market and sell our Client’s full range of logistics solutions including both hardware and software to both new and existing customers
• Work within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Seek out opportunities within the assigned territory, building and maintaining a funnel of new business prospects
• Apply effective selling methodology and processes to maximize business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships within the business community
• Maintain prospects database
• Complete and ensure accuracy of all documentation pertaining to sales concluded and contract negotiations
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly forecast reports

Requirements and experiences

• Fluent in English and French is a MUST
• Previous B2B direct sales experience
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in a business environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills to assess market trends and plan a sales strategy for the assigned territory
• Proven ability to effectively manage a software sale process and implementing solutions for enhanced business practices is advantageous
• Ability to call at all levels within an organization including executive levels, applying appropriate selling skills specific to the level
• Excellent verbal communication with the ability to negotiate and influence positively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the aptitude to build strong internal business relationships and draw on resources when required
• A consultative approach to customer service with business analysis experience and proposal development
• Salesforce CRM experience a plus
• Business acumen along with utmost integrity and professionalism
• Problem solving ability and proven analytical skills and resourcefulness to effectively address customer related issues
• Sound organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency to work efficiently in a fast pace environment
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel within all of Montreal

Benefits and Other Informations

Full Time Permanent Position
Base Salary Range: $40K to $46K. Plus Commission Package
