Huronia is currently seeking a Monitoring Station Operator.

We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible person who takes pride in doing quality work.  Your primary focus will be to answer in coming calls and determine the customer's requirements and proceed according to their needs.

Core Duties
  • Answer in coming calls and determine the customer's requirements and proceed according to their needs
  • Know the different types of signals and the Standard Operating Procedures for each signal
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, escalate as necessary to appropriate support departments
  • Complete call logs and produce call reports
  • Route calls to appropriate resources within the company
  • Process data changes to customer accounts
  • Provide consistent high levels of customer service
  • Excellent phone manners

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is an asset
