Description

Established London property management company/pizza restaurant chain is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Ideal candidate will be highly energetic, detail oriented, be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure the efficient day to day operations of the office.

Administrative Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare reports, statement and documents
  • Assist with the monthly duties as required
  • General filing and office administrative duties
  • Respond to calls and emails
  • Scheduling and coordinating projects with third parties
  • Collection and input of data
  • General reception and office administration duties

This is a full time entry level position with much room for growth. We offer a competitive wage as well as benefits package.
