Qualifications required:
You must be bilingual
You have a recognized degree in aesthetics, an asset
You have followed training/courses in management and/or retail, an asset
Basic computer knowledgerequired

Customer service:
You have a contagious passion for the world of beauty and healthYou are recognized for your communication skills, your interpersonal skills and your sense of influence
You are a coach; a motivator and you ensure that the team maintains a high standard of customer service and knowledge of the products and services offered
You can develop and maintain a personalized relationship with the clientele. Also, you can train the team to do the same
You keep an open mind, you accept criticism and are oriented to find solutions quickly
Management and sales :
You have a great sense of organization and planning
You can meet the standards of visual presentations, merchandising, marketing promotions, maintenance... etc.
You can manage and coordinate shipping/receiving, inventory... etc.
You can take care of the work schedule, the sales objectives and performance of the team
You are responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports of financial results
You have the availability to work on flexible hours (day, night and weekend)
