Weinig HOLZ-HER Canada Inc., a world leader in solid wood and panel processing industrial woodworking machinery and technologies, has an excellent opportunity for customer excellence team member.
Customer Excellence
- Responds to customer phone calls and redirects them to the proper department
- Assists Logistics manager with coordinating machine orders: delivery, reception, customer follow up and invoicing, machine inventory, expedition and receiving.
- Assists the Service department with processing Work Orders.
- Ensure month end transactions and requirements are completed on time
- Assists Service department with Parts orders, receiving, processing and invoicing.
- Hybrid workplace.
