Customer Excellence

  • Responds to customer phone calls and redirects them to the proper department
  • Assists Logistics manager with coordinating machine orders: delivery, reception, customer follow up and invoicing, machine inventory, expedition and receiving.
  • Assists the Service department with processing Work Orders.
  • Ensure month end transactions and requirements are completed on time
  • Assists Service department with Parts orders, receiving, processing and invoicing.
  • Hybrid workplace.
