Description

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) assistant(e) marketing / communication. Son rôle sera de collaborer étroitement avec les divers groupes dans le développement des communications internes, du matériel marketing et des offres de service et autre matériel de support au développement des affaires.


Responsabilités

  • Développer, traduire, vérifier et envoyer les communications internes selon les demandes des opérations et des groupes fonctionnels;
  • Supporter l’élaboration des présentations et documents marketing;
  • Soutenir la préparation, l'élaboration et la vérification des offres de services selon les instructions des chargés de projet : intégration de textes, mise en page, relecture, correction orthographique, montage de document, boudinage, préparation de gabarits, de pages de couverture, organigrammes, et autres;
  • Bien comprendre et respecter les aspects techniques et administratifs du cahier des charges des clients externes; préparer au besoin les documents de suivis résumant les exigences clients et document à fournir;
  • Faire la demande et le suivi des documents administratifs et contractuels;
  • Coordonner l’envoi ou la réception de documents;
  • S’assurer d’un bon lien de communication des informations avec les chargés de projet;
  • S’assurer du maintien de la qualité des documents d’offres de services remis aux clients externes;
  • Support à la mise à jour de l’intranet;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Qualifications

  • Avoir complété au minimum un diplôme d’études collégiales en administration, communication ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Un baccalauréat universitaire est un atout;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral;
  • De 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ou connexe;
  • Maîtrise avancée de la Suite Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Maîtrise de Visio, des fonctions avancées des logiciels de création de PDF, de SharePoint est un atout;
  • Grande concentration et attention au niveau du détail (minutie);
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois;
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles;
  • Capacité d’analyse et de compréhension de texte;
  • Capacité d’adaptation et à travailler sous pression dans un milieu dynamique.
