Our Team - Small Business Solutions, Channel Strategy, Performance and Compensation - has a mandate to support our sales channels and partners by continually analyzing and recommending changes in structure and size, evaluating channel economics, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics while running compensation strategy and operations. Ultimately, our goal is enabling better decisions and implementing innovative strategies to drive success by working closely with Sales and Marketing teams and leaders.

As a Senior Strategy Manager you will become our compensation strategy expert. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive compensation program in alignment with business strategy. You will provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on implementation of compensation strategies, in some cases your recommendations will define strategic direction and success of our sales teams. You will support Governance processes and present to executive leadership on a frequent basis.

        • You are the missing piece of the puzzle if:
          • You are strong in numeracy and analytics, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, come up with compensation recommendations and provide succinct explanations behind the data
          • You are a compelling communicator, persuasive storyteller (visually and verbally); you enjoy distilling a lot of complex information into a simple, compelling recommendation and story for an executive audience
          • You see the bigger picture of the problem you are trying to solve, and will proactively seek out new data points from varied sources (external and internal best practices) to complement or change compensation strategies
          • You have excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy
          • You have a structured approach on process efficiency, you are passionate about eliminating and/or improving processes to help complete compensation deliverables in an accurate, quick and efficient manner
          • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
