What You’ll Do
Design and develop blended learning solutions (ILT, Web-based) for technical audiences.
Oversee all aspects of training including needs analysis, design, development, evaluation, and implementation.
Conduct frequent audits of training materials such as online courses, training programs, user guides, job aids and processes to ensure materials are up to date.
Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and ensure content accuracy.
Establish and conduct a thorough vetting process before deployment of training solutions.
Act as lead facilitator for all internal technical trainings.
Coordinate all training logistics such as booking attendees, organizing equipment (in-person and virtual).
Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures for learning solutions such as knowledge checks, course evaluations, etc.
Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings delivered and modify content, materials, and deployment strategies to achieve desired results.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) including creating reports, user maintenance, security access, troubleshooting and content uploads.
Act as a learning advocate to foster a growing learning culture through various company-wide initiatives.
Experience You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in technical training with a focus on software.
Experienced in applying adult learning theories and principles, digital learning, and instructional design methodologies
Postsecondary education in Adult Learning, Computer Science, or a related discipline - or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
Excellent facilitation skills with a passion for engaging technical audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and build strong relationships.
Strong knowledge of technologies (mentioned above) and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Energetic and innovative individual who thinks outside-the-box.
Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) is required, preferably Absorb LMS.
Experienced in a variety of applications such as iSpring, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and screen recording tools.
Advanced skills using MS Office Products.
