Job Description
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
The selected candidate will be a technical expert for development, migration and operational activities on SharePoint Online, and a Subject Matter Expert for Office 365, Power platform, SPFx framework, Azure and AvePoint.

Role Deliverables

• Design of one or more SharePoint Online and Office 365 applications or services within the organization such as Document Management Systems, Intranets, Knowledge Center, Collaboration sites and more.
• Collect and/or clarify existing business requirements.
• Lead the development of projects executed by our internal Dev team, and assess the development executed by Vendor’s teams.
• Continue to improve our internal development and design techniques related to SPFx and Office 365 tools, and maintain our documentation up to date.
• Execute periodical code and design reviews.
• Continue developing skills related to Office 365 and Azure tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and Azure Logic Apps and Integration Services.
• Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients
• Proactively assist the Development Lead in the management of SharePoint application development program, including updating the roadmap and plan the team allocation.
• Be actively involved in planned or unplanned business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Must Haves:

• 5+ years in architecting/designing applications and Development using Angular, HTML, Javascript, CSS, PowerShell, Azure cloud technologies and Office 365 tools
• 7+ years of developing and working with SharePoint 2013/2016 using both full-trust and client side code (REST, JSOM, CSOM)
• 3+ years of developing and working with SharePoint Online, Office 365 tools and SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Online; Architecture, security, permissions, customization and Out of the Box Features
• 2+ years in Azure DevOps and DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
• 2+ years in Agile methodologies and Scrum Framework
