Our valued Public Sector client in in need of a Senior Project Manager to support the planning and road mapping for various process improvement initiatives.

Background:
Our client has put together a team to conduct a thorough in-depth investigative analysis of the organization’s current processes in place to determine areas for improvement. The analysis will be mostly focused on the current process for release management, application developments/upgrades, infrastructure changes/improvements and data analytics requests.

Tasks may include:
  • Formulate statements of problems and gaps; establishes procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new or modified project elements to improve current processes
  • Support the Project planning, tracking and provide guidance on areas for improvement.
  • Lead collaborative sessions to discuss findings to develop plans and solutions.
  • Prepare, plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems, work with a variety of project management tools. Includes managing risk and issue logs in support of project communications management, governance and change management.
