Our valued public sector client is seeking the services of a Senior Project Manager to manage an Ongoing Biometric Initiative

Tasks (Including but not limited to):
  • Manage the project during the development, implementation and operations start up by ensuring that resources are made available and that projects are developed and fully operational within previously agreed time, cost and performance parameters
  • Plan and coordinate project management activities such as: development of project artefacts, project scope and resource planning, risk and issue management, project change control management, project financial control and forecast, monitoring and reporting of project ongoing and future costs, executive reporting (project storyboards, EPOC, ADM briefs, reports etc.)
  • Provide strategic advice to the leadership team on request
  • Provide recommendations to the active engagement of internal and external stakeholders including communication and change management activities required for the successful implementation of the new organizational structure.
  • Review and provide feedback on strategic deliverables which may include: business case, benefit realization plan, project charter, project management plan, project workplan, change and communication strategy, sourcing strategy, release strategy or other strategies
  • Lead the development and update of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), financial allocations, Project Brief, Project Charter, Business Case and other relevant project documents
