Our midstream client is looking for a Payroll & Time Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and reporting of employee time, leave, and payroll-related data across Workday, and SAP. (18665)


Must-haves:

  • 5 + years on experience with SAP HR (time entry/time tracking)
  • 5 + years experience with Workday Payroll & Absence modules
  • Ability to reconcile data between SAP (time) and Workday (payroll)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Experience with ServiceNow for case management/inquiry tracking
  • Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment standards (non-union)
  • Background in managing vacation, leave, and banked time
  • Ability to maintain detailed audit logs, process documentation, and compliance reports
