Our Vancouver Client is looking for a Junior Office Clerk (Part-time) to support their Custom Security Systems teams - 15195.

This is a 12 month long contract with a strong possibility of an extension.
Burnaby: 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week, time of day is flexible between 8-5

Must Have:
  • 1+ years experience providing phone/in-person Customer Service.
  • Data Entry and Managing inventory/stock experieence
  • Experience working in a small office environment
Nice to Have:
  • Alarm monitoring or guard up to date license
  • Experience working at an Alarm company.
  • Act as a branch administrator in a small office environment setting.
  • Data entry
  • Receiving shipments
  • Keeping the office organized
  • Re-ordering stock
  • Answering general customer inquiries
  • Doing very light duty troubleshooting with clients (how to program new codes in their system, assisting with replacing batteries, etc.)
