Our valued client is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an initial 12-month contract in Montreal.
Responds to customer services inquiries in person, via email or over the phone based on training provided Order Entry into multiple applications Analyze and interpret customer's situation to respond to and make recommendations related to basic service, order and billing inquiries. Provides courteous customer service to all clients/customers concerning account relationships and other customer questions
Experience as a Customer Service Representative
Very passionate and has lot of energy and drive to succeed
Independent and self-starter- Should not depend on team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
