Description
Corporate Procurement Advisor to support strategic sourcing and supply chain management for consulting services, managed services, engineering and facilities
This role requires someone in office 4 days/per week in Calgary or Saskatoon
Must have:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Procurement Advisor responsible for strategic sourcing and supply chain management
- Experience with at least two of the following areas:
- Consulting Services, Facilities, Aviation, Engineering, Travel Management, Corporate Card, Managed Services, and SHE contracts
- Experience with negotiations, strategy development and implementation, supplier relationships, contract management, forecasting, risk management, rebate allocation
- Experience with strategic sourcing including commodities spend management, S2C and P2P process
- Experience with Enterprise asset management systems (SAP/Oracle), spend management tools (Ariba, Analysis and Reports)
Nice to have:
· Advanced MS Excel skills, PowerBI, and dashboarding experience
· Strategic sourcing for IT procurement, contingent workforce and Office Supplies
