The tasks and projects that await you
Your role as an intern:
As an intern, you will be required to do the same tasks as a permanent employee. You will have challenging projects and some high-visibility projects. While maintaining your autonomy, you will be supervised by our best experienced managers and a mentor will be present throughout your internship to answer your questions.
Join our Email Marketing department!
Your role more specifically :
Participate in email planning
Help keep the 'Source of Truth' updated on a daily basis
Perform daily tasks related to promotional email production, including but not limited to: production coordination, quality control, and approvals
Coordinate visual approval follow-ups
Be responsible for keeping the 360 tracking documents involving the email channel updated on a weekly basis
Attend weekly team meetings (including departmental meetings)
Contribute to weekly performance analyses
The qualifications we are looking for
Technical Skills :
Study in a field related to marketing or e-commerce
Have good knowledge of the MS Office suite
Have interest and knowledge in deployment platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of basic concepts in email, CRM, and loyalty
Assets: basic knowledge of HTML, web best practices, and CASL
Soft Skills :
Demonstrate autonomy, responsibility, and teamwork
Be able to successfully carry out multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and at a fast pace
Ability to work under pressure with rigor and attention to detail
Excellent inter-team communication
Demonstrate critical and creative thinking
