Your role as an intern:

As an intern, you will be required to do the same tasks as a permanent employee. You will have challenging projects and some high-visibility projects. While maintaining your autonomy, you will be supervised by our best experienced managers and a mentor will be present throughout your internship to answer your questions.

Your role more specifically :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisiton Intern to join our team at RONA. The intern will directly support the Internship Program Lead in recruiting the winter 2026 cohort of interns. This role is ideal for a university student or graduate wishing to gain enriching experience in recruitment and develop various skills related to human resources.

Your role more specifically

· Coordinate and support the recruitment of interns for the head office for the winter 2026 cohort

· Receive internship descriptions and application files

· Post internship description on universities platforms

· coordinate various interviews and draft internship offers

· Support the entire recruitment team in various related tasks

· assist de Internship Program Lead in managing the internship program

· coordinate recruitment and visibility activities

· participate in continuous imprivement initiatives for the Internship Program

The qualifications we are looking for

· University student or graduate in human resources, business administration or a related field

· curiosity and willingness to learn

· excellent communications and interpersonnal skills

· team-oriented and collaborative spirit

· Ability to work indenpendently

· good mastery of computer systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams

· Attention to detail and organized

· Initiative and ability to adapt quickly
