Main responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning of systems development activities.
• Supervise the daily activities of the project including scope, costs, quality, schedule and manage internal and external resources.
• Ensure the supervision of a squad in agile mode
• Act as a “coach” for your colleagues less experienced in the use in the development methodology of the development group.
• Understand business needs, understand the issues and ensure that optimal solutions are put in place.

More specifically, you will need to:
• Ensure the mobilization of the team (squad) in agile mode and ensure the coaching of good practices, in continuous improvement mode
• Follow the development teams in Agile mode (Scrum Approach), matching the need and potential changes.
• Align the planning of development activities with the overall planning of project delivery.
• Control the costs and deadlines of the deliverables under his supervision while respecting the service offer produced and justifying the differences if necessary.
• Attend project management meetings.
• Make sound management of risks, issues and interdependencies with other projects or development environments.
• Manage change requests and outstanding items related to deliverables.
• Provide progress status and any other communication required


• Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience
• 4 years of experience in project management including the management of application development projects
• Experience of at least 5 years in management of deliveries of technological solutions
• Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team
• In-depth knowledge of the Jira tool and comfortable with the concepts of flow time
• Recognized as an expert in agility in the field of application development
• Knowledge of the SDLC development cycle, desirable
• Knowledge of development methodologies (traditional, agile, iteration)
• Mastery of project management practices
• Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and English
