Are you a detail-oriented and fast-learner with customer service experience? Are you looking to work for an organization that provides shelter, transitional housing, and programming to help young people? Our client, a non-profit in Toronto, is looking for a contract Administrative professional to assist in the Donor Relations Department.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Donation data input using Giftworks database
- Proofread data entry for errors before distributing receipts and email them to the donors
- Administrative duties: filing and relaying information to potential donors
- Provide support in developing administrative software systems to achieve maximum efficiency

Qualifications
We are looking for:

- A minimum 2 years of experience of customer service, data processing and working for a community-based organization
- College or University Degree/Diploma in fundraising, business, humanities, office administration or similar fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and experience in Giftworks, Raiser's Edge or a similar system is an advantage
- Highly organized, self motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment and can successfully multitask
- Able to make good judgement calls and exercise discretion on handling confidential matters
- Knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency donation receipting would be considered an asset
