The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day administration of group insurance, disability files and follow-up of medical notes for employees who are not regular full-time employees. The incumbent is also responsible for general correspondence.

Requested skills

  • Must have a two-year college diploma in Administration, Human Resources or any other related or relevant field;
  • Thorough knowledge of current collective agreements and Board regulations relating to employees, as well as the Corporation's various insurance policies;
  • General knowledge of applicable laws for the efficient handling of confidential and medical information;
  • Thorough knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel);
  • General knowledge of word processing (Word) and presentation (Power Point); 
  • Ability to communicate easily in French and English (orally and in writing).;Ability to work in a team, demonstrate discretion, autonomy and initiative;
  • Ability to manage/prioritize several tasks simultaneously in a work environment where workload is sustained with multiple deadlines;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Provide excellent customer service.
