If so, we are looking for a problem solver and an outstanding, creative, passionate, innovative and forward-looking RPA Developer to join our Automation Centre of Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our business teams reinvent the way they work by using RPA and Intelligent Automation tools. Our Automation COE team is an exciting new team focused on using the newest RPA and Intelligent automation technologies to deliver solutions to our business users, returning capacity, so they can focus on valuable work.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with our Process Excellence team to help detail the requirements, build and test RPA and Intelligent automation solutions

  • Working closely with other developers to build automations and help evolve design and development standards

  • Creating Solution design documents and participating in code review meetings

  • Researching and continually improving development practices/alternative solutions that can be used in future development

  • Assessing current processes, identifying areas of application for robotic process automation technologies and shaping and building a comprehensive solution

  • Supporting ongoing production activities like monitoring, fixing bugs and enhancements

  • Working with Business and Process analysts to review/identify new automation opportunities

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in UiPath and a Developer Certification is required

  • Broad Technology knowledge experience including knowledge in specific development technologies such as C#, .NET, Python, Java or similar programming languages

  • Working knowledge of Intelligent automation tool kit such as OCR, ML etc.

  • Knowledge of Scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, bash, vbs, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate platform

  • Basic Azure Cloud infrastructure & architecture knowledge and Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is preferred

  • The ability to provide Go Live and operation support with a focus on quality and code related issues

  • Knowledge of how to use reusable components for scalability

  • The ability to resolve post-live bugs or errors identified by the RPA COE team

  • Experience delivering in Agile delivery streams along with knowledge of other SDLC models

  • Demonstrated flexibility in dealing with change, ambiguity and adversity in a fast-paced environment

  • Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Superb communication skills - should be able to explain the technical aspects to the business and relevant partners

  • Demonstrated curiosity in business processes to challenge the established thinking and help generate new insights and approaches to problem solving

  • A track record of being able to deliver results with multiple time-sensitive timelines
