The incumbent must interact with customers by phone and email but he also must meet the clients who come to our offices to get information on our services and proceed with the subscription..

Main tasks
  • Predominantly answering incoming calls to advise our customers about our services
  • Meet with clients coming to our office to get information about our residential services
  • Manage residential subscriptions
  • Answer to the package change requests
  • Ensure customer retention by providing high-level customer service
  • Follow up on the team's agenda and emails
  • Retain/unsubscribe residential customers
  • Helping with promotional events;
  • Assure Oricom’s competitiveness.

In addtiion to a very good knowledge of the Internet, the ideal candidate must have excellent sales and adaptability skills. He is a good communicator who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and is open to change. The candidate must also have strong analytical, organizational, and data interpretation skills and demonstrate autonomy and initiative. Furthermore, in order to provide a high level of customer service, the candidate must be diligent and consistent in all interactions.
