What you will be given:

Human Resources

  • Improve and operationalize HR strategies and policies
  • Ensure communication between employees and leadership
  • Be the guardian and improve the annual review process
  • Develop and manage trainings plans
  • Respect the pay equity policy in effect and do the reporting
  • Lead diverse HR initiatives and projects (engagement, sense of belonging, etc.)

Recruitment

  • Lead the recruitment process end to end from requirements gathering to onboarding
  • Assert the Employer brand  
  • Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, speed interviews, happy hours, etc.)


What you need:

  • Degree in Human Resources (strong asset)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within an IT organization (ideally in software development)
  • Bilingual French / English (written and oral)
  • Experience in Immigration process for Canada and work permit (asset)
