Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Ensure ethical human resources management that is compatible with the mission, vision, and values ​​of the organization;
  • Create, execute, and maintain the staffing process for all employees, from receiving quality applications, to welcoming and onboarding successful candidates;
  • Participate in the development and integration of compensation strategies;
  • Identify skills development priorities, then establish, administer, and monitor these internal and external training activities;
  • Participate in the realization of the expected organizational changes to promote individual and team performance;
  • Act as a resource person for all questions relating to HR policies and management practices;
  • Manage and administer occupational health and safety, maternity leave and disability files;
  • Collaborate on special management projects;
  • Develop human resources practices and programs that make it possible to contribute, at a strategic level, to performance management, succession management and the achievement of organizational objectives.

Required
  • BAC in Administration, Psychology or Industrial Relations;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field;
  • Be a CRHA or CRIA member;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Willing to travel weekly between our Quebec campus and that of Montreal.
