This person will be responsible for responding quickly to customer requests; Enter orders and respond to questions/concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Tasks :
  • Process and support customer orders and inquiries
  • Answer calls and handle email inquiries
  • Provide courteous, prompt and efficient customer service
  • Update customers on the status of their orders, notifying them of any changes
  • Provide support to sales representatives
  • Process warranty claims
