Customer Service Support/Data Entry Clerk

ANJOU

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: Depending on the current salary range,

Work schedule: 40 hours, day

Employment status: Permanent

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the customer service manager, the customer service and data entry clerk will provide support to the department at the data management level.

Main responsibilities :

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Establishes entry priorities
  • Enters & Maintains customer forecast and purchase orders in ERP system
  • Create Discontinued/Expired liability reports to customers, weekly follow up
  • Create Destruction or Transfer Paperwork & Certificate of destruction
  • Create & Maintain Nafta documentation for export & import
  • Special Billing
  • Replace receptionist & CSR when on vacation & during breaks
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Support CSR team in day to day functions
  • Assist in Yearly Inventory counts
