Your job
· Administrative support to financing advisors
· Carry out complex and varied activities requiring expert-level skills in order to adequately meet client needs
· Meet customer service quality standards
· Establish personalized relationships with clients and partners such as notaries/lawyers to follow up on their requests related to research and/or modifications to their existing mortgage financing products
· Apply operational compliance standards
· Identify potential procedural issues within the business unit
Your team
Within the Remote Advisory Center sector, you are part of a large team of around 40 colleagues and report to Nancy Poitras. Working hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on our operational needs, and in-office presence is required on a rotating basis, two days per week.

Prerequisite
- · High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience or College diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience
- · Experience in sales and customer service
- · Knowledge of banking products and services, an asset
- · Knowledge of mortgage products and services
- · Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English
