The Coordinator, eCommerce Marketplace and Partnerships, is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and project management related to eCommerce and Marketplace business partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, eCommerce Marketplace and Partnerships, they assist in coordinating new launches, adding banners and stores, and supporting service evolution. They develop and implement launch and developement plans, handle resource allocation, and ensure communication with all project stakeholders to meet service sales objectives.

Main tasks:

  • Partner service launches:
    • Contribute to the business cases
    • Coordinate projects and requests with Operations, IT (product catalog), and partners teams
    • Generate mock-ups for presentations

  • Operational coordination tasks:
    • Maintain, share, and communicate service lists and updates for all participating food banners
    • Follow up on customer service requests, Service Now, information security, and security requests
    • Preparation and communication of store holiday hours
    • Management of affiliate-partner relationships and responding to store inquiries

  • Administrative support:
    • Audit and coordination of partner invoices
    • Generation of invoices and sending them to finance team and stores
    • Preparation, updates, and archiving of various documentation

  • Analysis:
    • Creation, updates, and sending of sales reports (weekly, independent)
    • Analysis of variances and coordination of adjustments with the Finance team and partners
    • Extraction and compilation of information for investors

Profile sought:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, online commerce, marketing, or any other relevant discipline
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in retail, an asset
  • Excellent sense of prioritization
  • Desire to learn and enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical profile, attention to detail, and comfortable with document analysis
