This newly created role will support the use and development of Manulife's internal reporting platform.
The Analyst will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of reports in Power BI and other BI platforms, providing training and support to users throughout Manulife from analysts in the Philippines to traders in Boston, resolution of platform and data errors, tracking usage and issue metrics, and creating effective written procedures and documentation as well as playing an active role in the design and governance of the support model.

- Interest in working with data and using data collection, aggregation, presentation tools

- Experience in Excel
- Experience in or willingness to learn business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in or willingness to learn SQL
- The ability to prioritize and transition between multiple tasks and stakeholders
