Our expectations :

This role will be responsible for accurate execution and coordination of pricing strategy in the end-to-end product lifecycle, including base price, price testing, and end of life. This role will partner with merchandising and Finance to elaborate proper strategy for each categories and collaborate in the strategic projects for these categories.

Your role :

  • Responsible for implementation of base pricing and promotions strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams into execution of product lifecycle and all communications.
  • In collaboration with the merchandiser team, elaborate a pricing strategy align with the role & intent of the category. Maintain the integrity of the product pricing classification (Head, core, tail)
  • Providing advices and financial recommendations and identifying risks and opportunities concerning pricing.
  • Analyze market price fluctuations and propose recommendation in order to keep competitive pricing position in the market.
  • Develop strategy and guidance about KVI (Key Value Item)
  • Develop strategy and guidance about special program, including Pro Pricing, buying Bulk, etc.
  • Act as a business partner with the merchandising teams while being a facilitator with the FP&A Finance support teams.
  • Analyze and maintain Price Zone

The qualifications we are looking for :

  • Good communication skills in both French & English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant Pricing experience
  • Bachelor degree in administration, finance, marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial information; Strong Problem solving skills
  • Action oriented and timely decision making.
  • Hability to quickly turn-around, Manage multiples priorities
  • Excellent computer skills with Excel
  • Proactive attitude with regard to gathering and verifying financial information
  • Autonomous and able to set priorities and achieve goals
