Dental insurance

Coverage includes 80% of basic services (maximum $1,500 per calendar year), such as recall exams, fillings, root canal; 50% of major services (maximum $1,500 per calendar year), such as dentures, crowns; and 50% of orthodontic services (maximum $2,000 per lifetime, age 6 – 18 only).


Enhanced Plan:

The Company self-insures a Short-Term Disability plan for permanent employees who have completed one (1) year of employment and are unable to work due to verifiable, non-occupational medical cause.  Subject to approval by a leading care management company.  Benefit amount – 100% of weekly earnings for each year of completed service; 66 2/3% of weekly earnings for each week of disability thereafter.  Maximum benefit period – 17 weeks.

Liburdi Turbine Services provides mechanical and metallurgical engineering services specifically tailored for the gas turbine industry. This allows us to perform an independent analysis of problems and, where required, to modify or redesign components. Our expertise lies in the fields of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, stress analysis, metallurgy and mechanical design as they apply to aircraft and land based gas turbines. We are currently seeking candidates who are qualified for the role of EDM Operator on our day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

-Performing Electro-Discharge Machining on gas turbine components to machine features and create cooling passages.
-Ensure that precision machinery is in working condition and properly calibrated.
-Read and understand design drawings and engineering requests.
-Perform programming and setup of EDM machines.
-Set up tooling per supplied engineering drawings.
-Record machine hour’s usage per job.
-Replace broken tooling as required.
-Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with policies.

Key Skill Requirements:

-Strong Inter-personal and inter-departmental communication skills
-Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

Key Education Requirements:
