The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management of multiple large-scale projects across the Talent / Human Resources portfolio. In collaboration with Leaders across the HR function, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing projects to ensure business objectives and stakeholder needs and expectations are met. What you will do Lead project management on in-flight projects, along with net new initiatives. Own end-to-end project management activities across multiple large-scale, complex talent projects; including: project scoping, project plan and schedule, resource management, communication, issues and risks management, stakeholder management, budgeting, reporting. Responsible to ‘connect the dots’ across all assigned projects and determine and manage interdependencies. Ensure appropriate stakeholder management, including collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to achieve project goals. Collaborate on change management activities. Continuous reporting of project status. Take an active role in managing stakeholder relationships (both internal and external). Manage final stages of each project and evaluate next steps through the post project review process to ensure major deliverables and business goals are met. Identify, analyze, and document business requirements. Perform talent process re-engineering/modeling, as required. Develop vendor evaluation documents including RFI and RFP, as required. What you bring to the role Minimum 5 years previous project management experience required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex large-scale projects simultaneously with different stakeholder sets. Highly resilient, thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and can easily navigate change and deal with ambiguity. Excellent interpersonal skills, known for bringing people together and working across multiple stakeholders from across different areas of the business. Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Strong influencing skills, with ability to strong relationships with senior leadership. Advanced understanding and application of project management methodologies, standards, and tools. Ability to identify, understand, and articulate client needs, generate opportunities, and suggest approaches for addressing issues. Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
