Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Keurig Dr Pepper’s CSD (carbonated soft drinks) case sales volume, market share and instore execution in the Grocery, Drug, Mass, Discount and Food Service channels. Acting as the Sales and Commercialization Specialist for the PASO portfolio (Dr Pepper, Schweppes & Crush), the successful candidate will support KDP sales managers to ensure flawless execution the annual operating plan and commercial channel plans. Responsibilities: Building business cases for bottler sell in on product and package initiatives, leveraging market insights, Nielsen, and bottler volume trends for both bottle & cans and food service. Attend and lead bottler synchronization meetings and follow-up on execution actions with internal cross functional KDP team Collaborate with brand team on executional POS for both Retail & Food Service executions Managing the development of marketing activations (First Focus Windows) and account specific programming in Retail and Food Service channels (Ex. Flavour of the Month promotions) Managing weekly shipment Sales Reporting, weekly scorecard files. Ad hoc reporting and bottler updates as required. Work cross functionally with BI to ensure data accuracy Responsible for punctual and accurate budget reporting, analysis and processing of invoices Work alongside marketing team to further drive required insights by channel (Retail, Vending, Food Service) to drive PASO brand strategy and innovation pipeline Support with shipment forecasting and attend Monthly Demand Planning meetings and build internal relationship with customer service and demand planning. Assist in managing PASO beverage concentrate needs and ensure delivery efficiency is achieved weekly. Troubleshoot with customer service where required. Manage internal workstream to deliver against bottler product data requirements to ensure SKU information and images are current across industry and bottler systems Requirements Education & experience: Trained Sales professional with 2-5+ years of sales, analyst or category management experience within the CPG industry University Graduate (BBA Preferred) Skills & Capabilities : Sales professional, relationship building Strong skill set with, excel, Nielsen, Sales analytics, PowerPoint, Outlook and other software applications Occasional travel
