Our client, an innovative SME specializing in digital transformation, is looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic business development team.

What you will do on a daily basis
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in your territory while building long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing revenue and positioning our solutions as a driver of innovation for clients
  • Present and promote the unique benefits of digital solutions and services, taking a consultative approach tailored to each client.
  • Actively participate in commercial agreement negotiations, ensuring profitability and risk management criteria are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Business Development and the Account Executives team to support growth initiatives.
  • Proudly represent the company at networking events (after-work gatherings, conferences, trade shows, etc.) and stay informed about market trends.

Your profile
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in services or information technology.
  • Proven talent for organic sales (farming) and new client acquisition (hunting).
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), bilingualism required.
  • Recognized for your team spirit, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyze, plan, and solve problems creatively and proactively.
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and high adaptability in a fast-paced environment.



Additional assets:

Experience with web solutions or business communications.

Knowledge of the printing industry or document management solutions.


Working conditions and environment

Hybrid and flexible schedule:

  • 2 days in the office (Montreal)

  • 2 days on the road visiting clients

  • 1 day remote
