We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to join our team!

Are you self-reliant, discreet and concerned about the well-being of other employees? Are you known for your rigour, positive attitude and organizational skills, and do you have experience in preparing and running a payroll cycle? This job is for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and update manual and computerized filing and recording systems, and compile and write reports and documents related to the department's activities;
  • Inform employees, customers and suppliers about human resources functions;
  • Complete, verify and process forms and documents required for benefits administration, such as pension, leave, employment insurance and health insurance;
  • Update employee attendance, leave and overtime records to ensure compensation and benefits entitlement, using computerized systems;
  • Time tracking for hourly employees;
  • All other related tasks

Requested skills

Your qualifications
  • D.E.C. in administrative techniques or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a human resources department;
  • Experience in payroll processing;
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Knowledge of DayForce, Kronos and Oracle software;
  • Bilingual French-English spoken, read and written, essential to respond to our English-speaking employees and correspond with our corporation in the United States;
  • You are proficient in the Office suite and have a facility for learning new software;
  • You are versatile and flexible in your work.
