You’re already on the Candidate front-end of the site, but we need people to reach out to businesses to explain to them how the back-end of our hiring platform can help their business grow and succeed.

Jobillico's downtown Toronto office is in need of additional star talent for our Business Development team who are responsible for generating new business opportunities by introducing the power and strength of our solution and generating excitement about our platform.

We are looking for driven individuals for our Business Development team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building excitement and opening doors for Jobillico amongst HR professionals and hiring managers by calling them up and getting them interested in how we can revolutionize their hiring and recruitment practices.
  • Taking part in all market development activities (cold calling, market intelligence gathering, reviewing labour market trends);
  • Working in close collaboration with the rest of the inside sales team in assigned vertical/industry segments to generate new business for the organization;
  • Soliciting prospective clients by phone in order to build business relationships, explain the overall Jobillico concept and schedule online demonstrations for the Senior sales team;
  • Participating in internal sales meetings, share advice and experiences with your colleagues so we can all grow together;
  • Establishing, maintaining and developing relations with potential clients who have been identified as target prospective customers

We want people who are motivated to push extra hard for results.

Compensation includes salary of $45,000 - plus weekly bonuses and monthly commissions.

  • Have the ability to quickly establish relationships over the phone;
  • Have the confidence needed to act as the product’s ambassador with prospective clients;
  • Have an ability to cope with pressure;
  • Ability to generate a volume of outbound calls;
  • Have a strong sense of motivaiton or initiative;
  • Experience in sales and/or telephone outbound cold calling an asset;
  • Ability to think on your feet and be creative.

Commissions

Weekly bonuses are based on how many proposals are generated from demos that you have booked for the Senior Sales Team.

There is a tiered commission structure - you received a percentage of revenue generated by you above a minimum threshold.
