Your role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to qualify incoming requests to join the Jobillico network in order to provide quotes and ultimately convert into a long-term consumer. You will need to actively collaborate with our members of the Jobillico team during the sales process. This is a fully remote position, with all the work taking place over the phone and through screen sharing from the comfort of your home office. This means no long commute and or traffic jams.

*Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have fully transitioned to remote work until further notice, hybrid teleworking will then take place when it is safe to do so.*

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Contact the leaders and employees of SMEs who have made an inbound request in order to assess the employer’s needs;
  • Schedule a phone call/virtual meeting with qualified employers;
  • Present and demonstrate Jobillico’s unique tools, packages and solutions;
  • Ensure that all informed is properly documented and collected in the CRM;
  • Collaborate with other members of the Jobillico team to optimize the sales process;
  • Achieved stated objectives and reach quarterly goals;
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with potential clients;
  • Actively participate in virtual meetings to identify methods to improve the process.
