Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team on a permanent full time basis in Lytton, B.C.
This Nurse Practitioner (NP) role delivers outreach services in seven First Nations communities surrounding the Lytton area within a 50 km radius. Clinics are held in each of the respective communities with expectation of visits to homebound Elders.
The Nurse Practitioner will work with the community’s collegial inter-professional health care team as well as collaborate with the community and multidisciplinary agencies in the delivery of comprehensive, holistic, and culturally safe care. Primary clinic for this position is St. Bartholomew’s Hospital/Health Centre.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience working in First Nations communities; brings great leadership, communication, and problem solving skills; and is an effective team member.

• Current registration and exam-qualified as a Nurse Practitioner with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Successful completion of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE)
• Recent, relevant clinical nursing experience
• Valid Driver’s License
