About the role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our growing team!

As an Analyst HR, you will support the team for all HR data analysis requests to benefit the business needs of the business. Your mission will be to provide automated HR metrics by structuring and analyzing data to ensure a visual representation that facilitates the experience. You will be working with a dynamic team that is always ready for the next challenge.

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Develop metrics, update and upgrade dashboards using HR data that is accessible through multiple platforms (HR systems, Power Bi, etc.) to optimize the use of HR data and assist in decision making.
  • Conduct analyses and provide statistics to HR, identify trends and find solutions to various challenges.
  • Extract data from the HR information systems and process the information to produce reports
  • Develop key HR indicators and ensure a better use of them in decision making.
  • Identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements to ensure data integrity;
  • Document, review, validate and recommend improvements to internal business processes.
  • Intervene during various HR cycles such as talent management, reward and engagement, producing various reports to enrich HR partnership roles.
  • Collaborate on an ongoing basis with our HR colleagues across the country to avoid any duplication and increase sharing of best practices.
  • In collaboration with the People Analytics team, perform technology monitoring on data technologies, stay up-to-date on systems, methods and best practices in the fields of data science and use this knowledge to provide business intelligence to the various departments supported by the team.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (specialization in Business Intelligence), Human Resources Management, Management Information, Statistics, Math or any other relevant field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in HR data analysis, HR dashboard/indicator development and reporting;
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Ability to operate databases and various information systems;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Excellent advisory role and ability to prioritize the requests of the different partners;
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Knowledge of Power Bi, PeopleSoft and/or Workday (an asset).

Flexible Work Arrangements

Right now, we support 100% remote work, if your role permits. We anticipate that in early 2022, we’ll be moving to a hybrid approach which gives us the best of both worlds - a mix of home and in-office workdays.
