Your main tasks will be the management of customer calls (organizations and individuals) as well as their reception at our offices. Among your tasks you will be called upon to:

  • Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally;
  • Provide the necessary information on new or ongoing case files;
  • Find solutions to resolve customer problems or dissatisfaction;
  • Making and confirming appointments with clients;
  • Entering data and information on case files;
  • Refer clients to the right department;
  • Respond to inquiries about our services.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Route planning and scheduling;
  • Distribution of case files to different departments / technicians;
  • Checking data and timesheets in the database;
  • You will also occasionally be called upon to do other administrative and data entry tasks.

Qualities and skills required:

  • Enjoy working with the public and ease in communicating (essential qualities);
  • Interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy and politeness;
  • Sense of responsibility, honesty and discretion;
  • Versatility, autonomy and resourcefulness;
  • Excellent fluency for French language;
  • Good fluency for English language;
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Great ability to work in a team.


  • Knowledge of the road network in the Montreal region and around;
  • Experience or knowledge of the insurance claims industry.
