Senior Project Manager

Our client is an established Vancouver based Developer who are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Wood-frame experience to join their team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Senior Project Manager, you are expected to manage and mentor the team which consists of a Project Manager and two Project Coordinators in support while reporting directly in to the President.

The team is very close-knit, whether there is a project needing urgent attention, expect others to jump in and help out through to the company promoting (Pre-covid) regular social events and team bonding activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Mentoring Project Managers and Project Coordinators
• Creating master schedules
• Writing scopes of work
• Tendering
• Tracking project schedules & budgets from start to finish.
• Reviewing existing strategies and suggesting/ implementing new procedures
• Creating progress reports and running meetings

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years experience working as a Construction Project Manager
• Must have worked with a developer
• Experience with: Timberline, MS Projects and Bluebeam is preferred

COMPENSATION:

• Salary:  $130,000 - $150,000 per annum
• Vacation: 3 weeks
