Our client is an established Vancouver based Developer who are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Wood-frame experience to join their team.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Senior Project Manager, you are expected to manage and mentor the team which consists of a Project Manager and two Project Coordinators in support while reporting directly in to the President.
The team is very close-knit, whether there is a project needing urgent attention, expect others to jump in and help out through to the company promoting (Pre-covid) regular social events and team bonding activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mentoring Project Managers and Project Coordinators
- Creating master schedules
- Writing scopes of work
- Tendering
- Tracking project schedules & budgets from start to finish.
- Reviewing existing strategies and suggesting/ implementing new procedures
- Creating progress reports and running meetings
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years experience working as a Construction Project Manager
- Must have worked with a developer
- Experience with: Timberline, MS Projects and Bluebeam is preferred
COMPENSATION:
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per annum
- Vacation: 3 weeks
