Our client is a long standing and reputable law firm in Richmond offering a range of legal services and are looking for a Paralegal to join their team. 


A highly reputable law firm with over 50 years of experience in Richmond, are looking for a keen and detail orientated Paralegal to join their team!



As paralegal, you will be supporting lawyers and working on a range of tasks in the Wills and Estates area.

If you are a bright and capable individual with involvement in the legal field, this could be a great opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and experience. This role will provide you with growth, and a multitude of valuable learning opportunities!



 As a paralegal in the firm, you will be responsible for:


Handling estate files from inception to close including the following:

  • Drafting Power of Attorney documents, representation agreements, and wills
  • Dealing with banks, investment advisors, accountants and other third parties connected with the estate
  • Reporting on business documents and information to Lawyers
  • Respond to daily inquires from lawyers and clients


Handling Trust files from inception to close including the following:

  • Administration of Trusts
  • Communicating with beneficiaries
  • Attending to payments
  • Coordinating taxes


  • 1+ years experience as a Paralegal, ideally within wills and estates
  • Experience within a solicitors’ practice ideally
  • Paralegal Certificate from a recognized institution is an asset


  • $55,000-$70,000 Depending on Experience
